The type
EN 600/400 CNC particularly heavy neck spinning machine for the production
of high-pressure gas bottles and accumulators.
The end of the tube is locally pre-heated by means of an induction coil.
Then the tube is inserted into the chuck by a loader. The bottle neck
and closed base are formed using a necking-in roller. |
The path described
by the roller is a function of the linear and radial
motions of the slide. Short cycle times are achieved, typically between
40 - 120 seconds depending on shape and size. |
